@Anonymous go visibility graphics and make sure Ceiling category is checked visible ... then check that the view range settings and make sure the set rang is adequate to show the ceiling

My ceilings are checked in visibility and graphics and as for view rang is set to cut plain 7" 6" and off set 2" 0"
Go to 3d and check and see if you able to see the ceiling. If there is ceiling, check the height offset from the level. Normally if you set ceiling offset to 0, it will be at the floor. If you don't see it, set the 3d phase to show none. Check if the ceiling is placed in wrong phase. Also if you have design option set, check and see if you placed the ceiling in different design option.
@Anonymous
Did you assign any material to it?

Did you actually create a Ceiling? One with a Surface Pattern? On the same Level you are Viewing?
