We have not been provided a download link and serial number yet.

Sorry for the issue with your order. I see you purchased AutoCAD Revit LT Suite Annual Subscription on 8/7/2016, Order #15450555000. There seems to be an issue with the order and I have escalated Case #11969799 to our internal team for troubleshooting.
