no ceiling plan

I created my first floor plan and would like to add the ceiling tiles, but when I go into the ceiling plan view there is nothing. Not even an outline of walls.

Please help!!!!

I had this issue in school once and I know there is an easy solution.

Adjust view range. Note that in ceiling plan, view range is in reverse.
