Hi There, I am taking REVIT and Auto Cad remotely and sign in to a Remote Desktop to access both REVIT and CAD 2020. I assume the remote programs are PC based. I am using a new MacBook Pro to complete these courses. I am having difficulty using the track pad on the MacBook to pan and zoom. I am also given short cut FKeys in the curriculum to use. My question is, are there any options when using the Track Pad that may make my life easier or am I better off purchasing an Apple Magic Mouse. Will there still be issues using the Magic Mouse. for the FKeys are there any short cut key specific to Mac ( I understand there may not be any thing that will help with this as I am not using the Mac version of the software)
Thanks for your help
Cheers
Erin
I do recommend getting USB mouse with wheel. It will make your life easier. As for function key, I don't think Revit use it as much as AutoCAD. However if you want to learn Revit Shortcut, you can check this website
This site has good keyboard shortcut you can print and learn
