Does anyone know why the 'new' Revit 2023 RPC People downloaded from the cloud won't appear when rendering in the cloud? They are visible in the views & I have them set correctly in the render settings. The older models of people render just fine.

I'd like to see one of these "new RPC People" you downloaded. Can you post the Family here?
Hi Barthbradley,
I'd appreciate if you can help. I'm working in Revit LT 2023, and in Graphic Display options, realistic section, I have set the RCP to 'Use render appearance'. I've attached a screen shot and a draft render. Thanking you in advance.
The following RPC figures work for me in the renders (they are older models that appear in earlier versions of Revit like 2019), and are all ones that I've downloaded from "Load Autodesk Family" in the 'cloud'
The following RPC figures do not appear when I render in the ‘cloud’ - they generally seem to be newer models that don't appear in Revit 2019 or earlier
possibly a bug

This is the response that I received from Autodesk Customer support:
"the New RCP's you mentioned are not supported in cloud render and this behavior is by design for now. This is a known limitation and this is a feature request already but currently there is no decision on when to support it yet."
I found personally that some of the 'new' figures do render (like the aeroplane) and some do not (typically the people).
