I see a video about a check box to Preserve Title Position for when you change the length of the viewport title.

1:26 into the video is where this shows up.
I have 2023 on my machine. I cannot find this in any viewport. I downloaded the 2023 templates thinking it was not in my project because I brought it up from a previous version. I cannot find it no matter what I do.
Does anyone know how to get this to show up?

I have it.
Silly question, but I have to confirm this: are you selecting a Viewport on a Sheet and checking under its Type Properties?
Fair question, yes I am going to the Edit Type to view the Type Properties. I am selecting a plan view, not a schedule.
I did find it listed in the help file here:
https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2023/ENU/?guid=GUID-C14857FF-4907-4AF3-B111-1D926F7B166E
But that does not help me find it in any project.

So, it's just not there in any 2023 Project? If so, I'm at a loss.
Following...
I started with a template that came with 2023, with No Template or None, brought up some projects, and brought up a template from previous versions.
I have done all I can think of, and that parameter does not show up in my 2023.

I kept looking at that last screenshot and figured out the answer.
Like many new view options, the Preserve Title Position for a Viewport is for 23.1. This goes for moving to another sheet, etc.

I also did not have this as I was not even aware or the version update as it never showed up in the Autodesk Desktop App. It also was not showing in the Autodesk Access (reworked Desktop App) which was just pushed to my computer a couple weeks.
I had to go to the Autodesk site and specifically look for version 2023.1 in the my products section.
