Nested trim family showing header trim above plan cut plane - HELP!

I have my library of door families and I am updating the nested trim to have more options.

This short video shows the problem better than words can describe: bility,

The new nested trim families however show geometry that is above the plan cut plane whereas the old nested trim families only showed from the cut line down

.

Any help would be great.  I've included the file I used in the video if you wanna take a crack at it yourself.

I got it figured out!  The cut plane in the view range in the family's "Reference view" floor plan view was set to 8'.  I had no idea that the view range inside the family would have any bearing on how the view looks in the project.  But moving it down from 8' to 4' fixed the issue.
