Nested Family in Titleblock

So I have created a general annotations family that can be pulled onto sheets to use for notes and other uses and I was wondering if it's possible to insert this family into our title blocks but still be able to move the family around without having to edit the title block family every time.

Create it as a generic annotation family, nest it in the titleblock family and place dimensions associated with instance parameters.  In project, you can edit the parameters value to change position of the notes.  Another way is load the generic annotation note family directly to the project, or use a legend, and place it on sheets.

So there's no method that makes it possible for you to drag the nested family to wherever you want? You have to set up specific parameters and then move it by just playing guess and check with the dimensions until it ends up where you want it?

Not if you want to keep it in the titleblock family.  And I see no good reason to keep it in the titleblock family, do you?

Not really now that you've given me this solution. I was just playing the fun game of doing it the most difficult way possible instead of the simplest way possible.
