My semester project requires that I create a physical model of a house I have designed and I would love to use a 3d printer, but the professor demands that everything be cut and pasted by hand.
I created a model of my project on Revit, but was wondering by a long shot if it were possible to explode and align every single component of the building so that I could print them out..?
I figured that it would be easier and faster to pasted and cut along the guidelines.
I am not familiar with the terminilogy and have a feeling that I may not be being clear, so here is an example of what I want to do with my revit file:
