im working on windows 10 and and revit 2017. Every time i try to open up Revit, it says autodesk has stopped working and i have to close the program...Any help would be greatly appriciated (ps I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software)

The cause of this error is due to a Windows Error Reporting system that has determined that the application is no longer responding and presents the alert.Please, follow these steps and retest the behavior afterwards:
If clearing the Temp folder does not clear the issue, there are two more approaches to track down the cause of this error:
Check for the latest updates from the Autodesk desktop app.
