Need help with parameter syntax

Need help with parameter syntax. two issues
1. Visibility parameter: I want element visible if length is greater than X and less than Y. Visibility formulas is essentially A1. 3 (or more) options. If A is visible then both B and C are not visible. Formula should be essentially If A, (not B, Not C, Not D...) but again, that's not the proper syntax
