Need help | Text plots in symbols

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, since I got a new computer, the font that we use at work (GeoSans Light) does not want to plot at all. When I plot, it turns all the letters into strange symbols. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing a new font file (.ttf) but it still doesn't want to work. I did not have this problem before and everyone in the office works just fine and all the other fonts on my computer works but we need this one for the company. Please help.

Does this happen while printing to pdf only?

If yes, make sure that the font is loaded below location and the pdf settings as per blow photo and the font is loaded to it.

C:\Windows\Fonts\
