navisworks to revit

hi there,

 

someone has sent me a navisworks file (nwd) i would like to open it in revit and make some schedules, is this possible?

You can import de NWD file in Revit 2018.1 or above. In this version has a cordination model import button for directly import Navisworks files. But this process don't allow you extract quantities or make schedules about imported file, this is just for cordinating the model process.If you need extract quantities for nwd file, I suggest you use Navisworks because it have a quantities extract function for this case.
