We use Revit Architecture 2016 and have installed the Navisworks exporter 2016 without error, but when we try to access the exporter from within Revit we get this error message

Failed to open Navisworks exporter localisation file, please contact Autodesk technical support
Error 1
We have tried running repairs, uninstalling and re-installing and changing add remove features to try and get it to work.
We have the same installation on a different computer and it works without any problems.

Can you please confirm that you have Revit 2016 R2 UR7 as well as the newest update for any Navisworks products you have installed?
You can get updates from the Autodesk Desktop App or by getting product updates here: manage.autodesk.com
If this does not fix this issue, please attach a journal file to this case.
Revit Journal files
Please collect and attach journal files from the affected computer(s) using the following procedure. This process will ensure that only the relevant information is recorded in the journal.
1.Close Revit completely (so that a new session can be started).
2.Reopen Revit.
3.Reproduce the issue.
4.Without closing Revit, collect the latest (highest-numbered) journal file.
