My rendered Image doesnt sow up material texture? Is it fault of my laptop?

I have attached a shaded view of model and rendered image. i cannot see the red colour in my model. i am just a beginner. please help me overcome this problem. My laptop is of low configuration. is this the reason? or should i change any settings?

Shaded view shows what defined in the graphic tab of the material.
Rendered view shows what defined in the appearance tab of the material.
They are different.

really thank you bro.i got a solution.. but what is the need of changing the colours or textures in view and rendering seperately?

Shaded views and rendered views can serve different purposes, e.g.
construction drawings versus presentation. You can also make the shaded
color to match the rendered texture color under the material definition so
that shaded views will look closer to the rendered views.
