MY PROJECT BROWSER IS BLANK!!!!

HELP!!! It's BLANK! Whether I'm in an existing project or family, or on a new project or family. All it shows is teh Project / Family name in the top bar. In a panic here.....

Ignore me. The machine just needed to be shut down and rebooted. Sigh. We shall all live .......

This happens to me, frequently.  I once found an odd (coding?) solution that had me deleting something out of Windows explorer, and them getting it again from a website... but I can't find those instructions.  Help?
