My floors and walls look patchy when transparent

i'm not sure why but all the floors in my revit 2019 that i just installed look patchy when i click on them and when transparent. I'm restarted my computer, reinstalled, and it still looks like this. I'm trying to update to revit 2021 hoping it works but ive never seen this happen on revit before and i'm very confused. Please help

The pictures show what the floor looks like normally, then what it looks like when i click on it and then when i adjust the transparency.  Very weird looking

- Turn off Hardware Accelerations and see if it goes away

- If yes, update video cared driver and turn Hardware Accelerations back on

- If no, come back

You know, this has been posted about several times in the past few weeks. My advice was always the same.  Disable Hardware Acceleration and see if that corrects. If so, the issue is likely with the Graphics Card.

I'd like to go a step further this time.  Can you post the File for testing?

Hi i disabled hardware acceleration and it corrected but i dont have file to check as even the construction template has this issue. By graphics card issue do you mean this one is not strong enough or damaged? Cus this laptop is just a few months old and i've used weaker laptops for revit and never had this issue. The computer uses intel iris xe graphics driver im not sure if that helps.

thank you

Sounds to me like all you need to do is update the driver.

Go the video card manufacturers website (nVidia, AMD, Intel) and get it.  You can also google search using the exact video card model in your computer.
