Hi All,
I'm trying to add a simple multiplication formula to itemized quantity totals I have categorized. I.e., I have furniture CAD blocks that have multiple objects in one block. So when I calculate the total amount, I'd like it to add, for example a CAD Block*10 to each CAD block to calculate a correct overall total. Right now I'm identifying the blocks under Comments. Is there a better way to organize this?
Thanks for the help!

Set the Count field to Calculate Total from Formatting tab and untick Itemize every instance from Sorting/Grouping tab.
...well, if you're calculating totals, you need to work with numerical values. "Comments" is a text value.

Calculate totals for Count column, not Comments column.
Could be I'm wrong.
I interpreted it as the OP was using the "Comment" field to input the number of blocks in the block.
"I have furniture CAD blocks that have multiple objects in one block" and "I'm identifying the blocks under Comments".
