So, in Revit we cannot make multi segment ramp like this by using Ramp tools? What is the simplest method since I don't want to calculate the elevation by myself.
If I use Ramp tools, the transition between curve and straight ramp will not be smooth. If I use Floor tools, I need to define elevation in every end of line.

Model the Ramp with a Stair Type that has only a single stringer that is as wide as the Ramp. No Treads/Risers.
Then how to make it ramping?
While if I make it using Ramp tools using sketch, the transition looks very ugly
Model the straight part as a sloped floor and the curved part as an in place swept blend floor.
I don't understand what you are trying to do here. Sounds like your ramp will constructed of pre-panels and you want to model each and every one of those panels individually. If so, why do you need to model that LOD? Model the ramp as a monolithic construct and use a schedule to do an accounting of the panels. If you want expansion joints between panels, you can graphically represent those with linework if you want, and still account for them in a QTO.
If you are dead set on modeling each and every panel individually, forget the Ramp tool. There are better and friendlier ways to do it.
No you don't have to calculate yourself. A sloped floor will give you the height at the end of the straight. A swept blend can use that height to set a profile location.
The problem is I don't know the slope degree, if I make it each segment each, then I will need to trial and error about the slope. Thanks, I will give a try and take as an solution for now, will model this later then.
@barthbradley I do this because I'm going to use the model directly to shop drawing for construction. While keeping the modelling process as simple as possible, it can quickly keep up with the changes that will be made later as the landscape ground floor level elevation haven't been decided yet.
