Multi jurisdictional notes

We are switching over from auto cad to Revit, we have multiple base plans and we build in multiple areas. our autocad details have different notes for different areas that are controlled by layers we turn off or on based on area that the home is being built in. The question is there a way to control or filter the notes in Revit by a global filter or global parameter, that would apply to multiple details with in a project?

i have attached a detail with notes that apply to different jurisdictions.

If you create the notes as label or text in a generic annotation family then you can assign different visibility parameters to them. Associate the visibility parameters with global parameters in project then you can get what you are asking.

@rvanthoff -

I would definitely give @ToanDN's solution a try. You can utilize Filters, Worksets, as well as creating families with different types that can control the visibility of the notes.
