Multi-Category Schedule - Mapping Nested Shared Families within Another Families

Hi,

Imagine instead of bringing equipments & furniture separately into a project file and place them inside the rooms, we created some super room.RFA that is basically a .RFA file that has bunch of Shared Equipments Nested inside i.e chairs, tables. The question is: Once this Super Room.RFA imported into A PROJECT.RVT file, is there a way to created a Equipment schedule within the project file and map where an specific equipment coming from OR which .RFA file these Nested Contents are coming from?    In other words, Is there a way to create a Multi-Category Schedule for a .RFA file imported to revit.rvt that has nested Families inside AND Knowing where these Nested Contents are coming from?

Thank you,

- If you place your super room in a room in the project then add Room information to the schedule
- If you want these equipment in super room A to report as such then add a shared parameter to super room A family and all of its equipment and give them the same value

FWIW: Instead of a SuperRoom RFA, what about a SuperRoom RVT Linked into the Project?  Additionally, it sounds like there may be an application here for Room Aware Families (via Room Calculation Point) to be used in the SuperRoom RVT.
