Moving Revit templates to BIM Collaborate Pro

Apologies in advance if this has been posted before (I couldn't find much), but I am looking to move my firm's Revit template and configuration files (project templates, family templates, shared parameters file, etc.) to a Revit standards project on BIM Collaborate Pro. The issue I'm having is two-fold:

1. The Revit.ini file will not convert c:\%userprofile%\... to the user's profile path. I've worked through this issue by using symbolic links to path "c:\<company name>\DC\" to "C:\%userprofile%\DC\...". However, this results in issue #2.

2. Once symlinked, I cannot force the required project folder to sync on everyone's machine, as there doesn't appear to be an API for the Desktop Connector published or commands able to force a sync.

If there was a command or API call to do that, I could use a login script to force sync on machine login. But...that doesn't seem to be possible.

Any ideas?  Has anyone else successfully moved their Revit project/family templates to either BIM360 or BIM Collaborate Pro?

Thanks in advance,

Garth

This question is probably better suited for the BIM 360 forum.

You are probably right. I’ll ask over there- thanks!
