Moving revit file to a different computer

I've been working and rendering on my laptop and everything is going great. However, I need to move my entire project over to a computer with a bigger processor to run VR, because I cant run the Vive off of my laptop. I've moved my entire project and file folder over to one with a bigger processor. When I do this, none of my custom materials show up (only the Revit standards). I've tried making my custom materials into standards as well and that still isn't working. Is there anyway to make this not happen, so I don't have to re render my entire project?

Any help would be great!

Search your old computer for a library file (ADSKLIB is the file extension)  that would need to be moved to the new location.

Also - for the JPGs that you would have brought in to create materials. Here's the deal - if the JPGs that materials were based on are not moved to the new location, Revit will get lonely and grey out all the materials that you had.

In addition to what @Sahay_R said, you need to bring all the images to a folder in the new computer and add that folder as an additional path.

I'm not sure why the library is necessary to transfer, but I definitely agree that your images need to be transferred -- and be maintained in the same relative path they are in on the old computer -- so, they can be found. Otherwise, you'll get a missing image error and have to re-path.

How do I transfer my Revit project from a MacBook Pro to a PC? I’ve been struggling all night with it and can’t seem to figure it out. Help!
