v2024. I have an existing building that is an imported Sketchup model. There are no work-sets or filters at this point. Just setting the file up. I'm modelling the existing terrain (a toposolid) which has a moderate slope to it. The Sketchup model is imported and set to the proper elevation that matches the survey point in the model, and correlates to an "Existing Main Floor" level object. The imported model is pinned in place, as is the level it was imported on. When I adjust the sub elements of the toposolid (up or down) to create the slope of the property, it moves the pinned Sketchup model with it (but not the level). They are not aligned, joined, grouped or related to each other in any sense whatsoever other than that they happen to touch in 3D space. When I adjust the topography to the correct slope (and the model is moved up several feet as a result) when try to move the model back down to the survey point the error "Cannot move a pinned object" appears. Why is there any relationship between the toposolid and my imported model to begin with, and why doesn't the pin hold it in place?
