Moving Groups to Different Phases

I am working on a project which has multiple buildings. I need to move one of the created buildings into a different phase (this will be a future phase).

I have selected all the elements of the building and put them into a group. Is it possible to change the phase of this group instead of having to select each component again and manually change the phase?

Or is it possible to select on elements within a group?

Yes. I would cut the group. Change the phase and paste in the group at the same location. If those group have tags & dimensions attach to it, then you are stuck with selecting the object and change the phase in the group editor.

In 3D View, Select and Edit Group. In Group Edit Mode, do a crossing window selection of everything (only the Group Elements will be selected) and then change the Phasing of all of them in one fell swoop.   Ungroup the Group.  This will preserve (for the most part) any annotations you've applied to elements in other Views.
