I have to move my grid lines in every view. Any chance a common grid can be created that doesn't require tweaks?

What do you mean by "move"? You only need to stretch the 2d grips at worst.
A grid is one element (3D - global) visible in many views while offering unique overrides (2D - local) in individual views. If your Grids are 3D then changes you make in one view will occur in other views too. If you change them to 2D then the changes are reserved to just the view you make the change in. This 2D nature is also true of jogged grid lines and turning the grid annotation off (or on) with the check box that appears at the end of the grid.
A Scope Box will affect the extents of all Grids (and levels) assigned to it. That can be a very efficient way to ensure most grids have the same extents in many views.
When 2D overrides are applied it is possible to use Propagate Extents to pass those changes to other views that are the same orientation as the view you select them in. For example, Plan to Plan or Section to Section/Elevation. However, Propagate Extents will not work on other views that are cropped differently from the view you want to propagate extents from.

Hi @jfjacques
Here's more information on Grids from the online help documentation for Revit 2019

Yup that's what I mean,
Turn on bubbles and jog the grips. When you have several sheets, this can be a pain. Not a huge pain, but annoying as you have to go sheet by sheet.
Propagate Extents can help, if the views aren't cropped differently. Select the grid(s) click Propagate Extents > choose the other views.
Best practice is to avoid invoking 2D unless there is no other choice. Let the 3D mode do the majority of the tasks.

In addition to that, propagate extents works only if both your active view as the target views are uncropped!
I have the Opposite problem. I want to adjust the grid indepently on each view, how can a do that?...they keep adjusting on every view when I do it on one view
