Moving a large number of model elements vertically at the same time

Hello everyone, I am trying to copy a model of a house from one model to another and move it vertically to align with the appropraite coordinates and elevation. These models do not have the same coordinates so I can't use the copy using shared coordinates or copy using levels command- when I copy in the house it is several feet below the linked in topography and site model. I am trying to move the home vertically so as to be in the correct spot but nothing I've tried has allowed me to move it vertically. I'm sure there are several possible solutions to this so pleaase offer any suggestions. I've attached an image of the model in section. Thanks for any suggestions.

What about Link it, Move it, Bind it and Ungroup it?

...Binding and Ungrouping would be optional, depending on the situation.  I mean, if it's just about establishing and maintaining a relationship of the two models, then maybe just linking and sharing coordinates is enough.

Make in the house a model group, save it to a rvt, load it in the other file and move it vertically.
