We have a three story building w/ two wings, we wish to slide one entire wing towards the other. What is the best way to move all three storeys (and all the plan call-outs, dims, text, etc)?
That's a hard one to solve by asking us - complete strangers without any knowledge of your model. What are your thoughts? Certainly, you have considered several approaches before posting here. What are you weighing and what are you trying to mitigate? Bounce some of your thoughts off of us.
Isn't the point of a forum to ask complete strangers without any knowledge of my model for help?
Our model is an elementary school with three floors.
I have tried nothing yet (because I would rather try Revit's best option first).
Weighing and trying to mitigate: screwing up my model & wasting my time.
Group them and move the group. Most annotations can become attached detail group. There certainly are things to fix going forward but it should still be a better option than moving elements.

Let me ask you a question. I am trying to get from point A to point B. Can you tell me how to get there? What's my "best option"?
Do you get the point of the question? You're asking a question that can't possibly be answered intelligibly.
