Hey! I will start to apologize if my English is bad but I hope you will understand what i mean.

I have a problem with a project in Revit 2020 that I hope you can help me with some answers to.

We are almost done with a project when we ran in to trouble and the whole bulding needs to be raised by 1,2 meters.
I saw an tutorial about how to move the building by relocate the project by changing the coordinates under the relocate project buttom. My question is, the building is drawn in the right place in the world, and if I change the position of the building by using this function, will it be in the right place in the world then? The plus spot (or if it is called elevation) in the project is changed correctly but if i want to import an other consultants project (for exampel ventilation and water) will they be in the same place or will my building be 1,2meters below theirs? The same question for if i want to export to an IFC for checking collisions with other concultants, will they be in the same place?

How did you coordinate the building location with other consultants' models in the first place? Did you use shared coordinates?

I got the model from the architekt and it was in the right place, i work in construction. So i used hus model as a ref and draw my model after his.

Did you link the architect's model in and acquire shared coordinates? Did the architect also move his model 1,2m and send you an update?

Yes exactly! But he actually moved his building and 2D annotations by marking everything in 3D and then moved all of the annotations. So now when i got the right heights in my model his is 1,2 meters higher then mine when I link it. I can move his model down but if i export my model now to autocad for the builder to place piles, Will it be in the right height? Hood you understand my problem. This is pur first project in Revit.

Move the Link down and then Reconcile the new position through the Link's Shared Site Dialog Box.

Or make the Link not Shared and then Acquire Corrdinates again. Or, move the Survey point down and the Link will follow along for the ride.
