move all levels up and change orientation

Hi. I have created my house model using 3 levels (0, 1 and 2). Level 0 was set at 0. I have just been provided with the topological plan for the plot which has a difference of 3 metres from bottom to top. I have put the topology in the revit model to see the differences but now (unsurprisingly) the house and the border walls are underground. Also the house orientation is off. I realise it is my own stupid fault but I was hoping there would be a simple way to elevate the house without requiring it to be redrawn. Also possibly rotating the building. It would be nice if I could get the boundary wall to follow the topography.

Any ideas would be very welcome?  Thank you in advance.

I have attached the project (i have 3 topo points that need correcting but they are currently under the house so I cant seem to select them).

Many thanks

Tony

Just move the topo and Survey Point down.

...so, just to confirm: if you move your toposurface 3m down in Elevation View, the building is then in the correct relationship to the topo?

Hi. I guess this could work. However I was hoping to use the actual points supplied on the topographical plan. I had to add each of the points manually as I only had them in on PDF.

Is there no way of easily moving the house up and around on the horizontal?

Many thanks

@Anonymous: This is the way it's done. No guessing necessary.  Regarding your Spot Elevations, understand that they are relative to whatever the Spot Elevation's "Elevation Base" Parameter is set to, which is likely the Survey Point. Spot Elevations do not reference the surface of the Topo.  So, if your Spot Elevations were reporting the correct elevations before,  then lower the Spot Elevation's "Elevation Base" reference (e.g. Survey Point), as well as the Toposurface in Elevation View.

BTW: What do you mean by "actual points". Do you mean the point elevations as shown on the Topo?  As far as I can tell from your Project, you never had the Toposurface at its true elevation, so Spot Elevations were never reporting "actual points".  The SP and Project Base Point are both at the Internal Origin of the Project.

Hi barthbradley. Sorry I did not mean to suggest that your solution was not correct. I was hoping that there might be an alternative drag and drop type solution. I do very much appreciate the help.

You are correct that the points are currently not the actual elevations. I was intending to change them to the correct ones once I sorted out how to move the house upwards.

I will have a go at changing the survey point and the topo levels.

Thank you once again.
