as you can see in the attached picture the steps is a C Shape Steel while Lading i am not able to choose a C shape only rectangular Shape
I couldn't see a way to do the landing as a C shape (like your image) using the Stair tool.
But like you said you are adding the concrete finish as model in place, I would remove the Landing tread in stair and then just model in place a C shape and then a concrete finish.
You can Tab select the landing and turn off the tread.
Post your File instead. I'll take a whack at it. I think it can be done with the Stair Tool as one Assembled Stair.
the File isze is around 400 Mega Bite, it is inside the full modeling steel structure Building
Can you at least provide some construction info? I mean, I'm trying to figure out why you can't model your stairs with the Stair Tool. I think you should be able to. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe YOUR stairs cannot be modeled with the Revit Stair Tool.
I have attached the star seperatly, please look into it, as the steps is C Shape while the Landing i want it C Shape as well and the concrete topping i will apply it as model in Place , is it correct like that ?
Thank you Alan
i think you right this is the only is to disable the landing and model it in place
ARRGH. Best I could do keeping the landing as part of the stair assembly. If only we had both a front and rear nosing option. Maybe it's on the Roadmap? ![]()
But the Back side will Remain Straight,
the stair Option Should be More flexible With Autodesk as for now it is limited
