Modifying the wall profile in plan

How can I make this wall in plan? I tried creating an In-Place mass then modeling wall by face but it just kept popping up errors, and I don't want to create it using model in place because I want it to appear in schedule. Any help?

You could make a generic model that only contains a void extrusion.

Make sure its set to "cut with voids when loaded".

Then you can cut the wall with the generic model.

@mostafamohamedtaher99

Model In-Place with a Void Extrusion (Set Category to wall or generic ... not Mass) ...

Use CUT before you finish the inplace instance

Does it subtract from the volume of the wall in schedules?

Yes it does .. the cut portion will be deducted from the volume
