Modifying Graphical Column Schedule

You can see in this graphical column schedule that there is overlapping text.

I also need to add a row with a custom description. How do I modify this schedule?

Spacing is not the best after trying various sizes:

Is it possible to add additional rows with custom text:

I need to mimic this schedule.

Can't you hide some levels via Hidden Levels?

Yes, that works.

Changing the dimension for Between Segments has no effect on the issue shown below. Any clues on how to get the levels so they are not overlapping? In the example below for instance, Level Roof 2 is lower than Roof 3 but overlaps as shown, and I need to lower Low Roof a little..

Change the View Scale.

Not ideal. Increasing the View Scale makes it not fit on a sheet, and levels close to each ocher still overlap. Thank you anyway.

change the Text Size then. Or no to that also?

Changing text size helps, but then it's difficult to read. The main problem is controlling the space between levels, especially at the top: I get a wide gap even setting it to 0". It should collapse when you hide unused upper levels.

Thank  you again, enough for today, enjoy the holiday (if it applies)!

By the way, there's no 'mark as accepted' box at the bottom of your post.
