Modify scale to NTS in sheet

Please help I want to change the scale in my sheet to NTS.

why dont use edit the titleblock, save as copy with NTS instead of scale and use that one?

1. Edit the Title Block Family
2. Give the Scale Label a visibility Y/N Parameter (Call that parameter SCALE)
3. Add a NTS text label same Place Visibility Y/N Parameter & NTS = not(SCALE)

Reload to project ... on the sheets with No Scale ...Select the TB and check SCALE on  or OFF
