I’m working on a façade made of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) with grout joints between each horizontal panel (see screenshot below). Can someone show me how to model this in revit step by step, if there is a sample file or a quick tutorial video it will be very greatly helpful. Please check the image below with the green circle.

Have you checked with the manufacturer yet?

Not yet. I’m having a hard time modeling this aluminum composite panel façade in Revit. I tried using a wall sweep, and it works, but it won’t let me add the grout lines with a wall reveal, so I’m stuck.

That's where I usually start. I've learned a ton of stuff, good and bad, reverse engineering families.

Which part of using a curtain wall do you need help with? Create the curtain panel using  the ACP’s profile, assign it to your wall and the mullions would serve as grout or gaps…

there are loads of videos on YouTube that explain how to model curtain panels and/or similar system

I was considering using the curtain wall, but the thing is you can't do the push and pull like the image above, the curtain wall method only allow you to do flat surface.

@BWIJYA2

Start a new family using Curtain wall Panel template and model it in any shape you wish. It’s just like any other extrusion; as long as you lock it properly to the ref planes in the template …it doesn’t have to be flat rectangular

You can even model it using horizontal custom mullions and set the panel to an invisible system panel. Instead of using a cw panel template u model a profile and set it’s usage to mullion the assign it to the custom mullion u created in the project browser…it’s fairly easy

you can find lots of posts on how to model corrugated panel and ziplock panels using CE on this forum. Follow the same principal. It’s quite a common topic which pops up every couple of weeks
