Modeled family doesn't cut the wall?

As you can see windows and doors stone elements don't cut the wall in which they are placed. I cannot use the command cut either do you know how could I try to solve this problem?

You need to open window / door family and play with voids. Those voids will cut the wall where you want that to happen.

I tried that but when I create a void it cuts my objects in the family editor and it isn't what I want! How can I cut things in the project and not in the family?

You just need to specify what void cuts. After you create the void, use "uncut geometry". Select anything that was automatically cut and then select the void. This will clear out the unwanted cuts. After that, use "cut geometry", select the void and the wall (the host).

Also, try:

Under Family Category and Parameters, check Cuts with Voids when Loaded.

...also, fyi: you can't have both an opening cut and void cut in the same family. It's one or the other.

...#2: if using void extrusion to cut opening, make sure you align and lock it to the host wall edges in the family (plan view).
