I'm having weird visibility issues in a model that I've inherited, and I can't figure out the issue. Items that are embedded in the wall as well as behind the wall and not even touching it are showing up, where normally they wouldn't be visible. It's happening in 3d and elevations. See attached image. Any ideas what's going on? I've checked element and material transparencies, I'm in shaded w/ edges visual style. Phase filter is set to show complete, new construction.

set phase filter to show all, see if any filters applied through vv/vg. check the discipline.
update your graphics driver through windows. Or create new view for quick result.
graphics driver isn't the issue. the same quirks show up on another fairly new computer. also, other much more complicated revit files don't have this issue. creating a new view doesn't fix it either ![]()
i wish it were that easy! it shows up in elevations too. creating new views from scratch doesn't help the problem either.
