Hello.
So this came up in a Revit file yesterday:
It is not an issue in it's self as I can just redo these/change the family from dropdown (there are 2 and both are window families 😁), but if there are more similar things hiding it will make a dent into the data quality. Luckily as it is still a Generic Model like Model Text it doesn't hop into the Window Schedule.
I'll try to keep an eye out and figure out what caused this. Has anyone else bumped into this kind of an error where something that is supposed to be something identifies as something else on it's own? 😁
Things I tested first:
Rehosting the Model Text
Copy/Pasting to same place
Changing the Work Plane
This model did go to Autodesk to get a fix to the Schema Conflict issue, so this might relate to that.

Around 90% of issues can be explained by human error instead of an actual error.
