This is how it looks
And when I go to 3D view and it's loaded the roof of the container is gone, I did not edit and deleted the roof. So the roof on the container should not be gone. Also what are the dimensions of a standard 40ft length container?
I'm not following, but I'm betting that the solution lies in this list of 33:

So I went here for the view range settings, but then where should I click bc I did not hide the roofing of the model?
There is no View Range in 3D. I misunderstood initially. See the edited post.
...basically, the way understand it, you can't see something that you know should be there. Go through that list of 33. The solution is there. If not, please provide more info about what the issue is.
What roof? So the top of the container shown in your picture is not the roof that you are talking about?
You may be looking for something that is controlled by a visibility parameter within the Family itself. To verify, open Family, turn Preview Visibility OFF and select the "roof" element. Look at its Properties and see if its "Visibility" Parameter is checked and if its associated to a Family Types Parameter.
Additionally, see what the Subcategory Name reads. Maybe the "roof" element's visibility state is controlled via a Subcategory. If so, that would be something you could check or uncheck in the Project VGOs.
