Model moves off screen as soon as I select any part of it and cannot retrieve.

Problem: Any file I open from recently created models in Revit 2022 has the problem that as soon as I select any portion of the model, it entirely pans swiftly left off screen and I cannot retrieve when selecting the Zoom to Fit command. When I select another view, the model appears and as soon as I select any portion of it, I get the same pan left off screen each time. 

Measures already taken: I reinstalled Revit 2022 and restarted my computer.

Sounds like a mouse issue. Have you tried a different one?

This is the same mouse I have always used before this problem emerged. Logitech MX Master 2X.

You helped me find the actual problem!!!!!!

I have a 3D Connections joystick that got bounced around and fell on its side. It was jammed in a pan position and was causing this nasty problem. Thank you so much fro your reply and pointing me toward the right solution!!!!!
