Model managers in Revit - What should be included in their work?

Hi fellas!

We're currently starting a model manager section at our office.
The goal is to achieve better 3D models and projects by having responsibile managers with better knowledge of Revit (for example a common error that needed extra attention was the practice regarding coordinates in projects)

Questions regarding this:
- Do you have a similar assignment at your office?
- What should be included in the tasks for a model manager? (to do daily, weekly, monthly)
- Do you know of a 'to-do list' available for free somewhere?
- What plugins should be included for model managers to use and know of?

Management of:

- project parameters

- sheet naming and numbering

- using proper families

- shared coordinates

- material library

- purging families

- managing back-ups

When dealing with family management:

- consistent naming of families

- shared parameter file

Plug-ins: Workshare Monitor. Though I don't use it very often, as you can only monitor opened projects.

Hi @Marcus.Isacsson

I would recommend the following 5 practices as priorities. Later categorize the 5 into further subdivisions based on your model size :
