Model info disappeared in plan view

At some point while using AGACAD plugins, my model info disappeared from both my first and second floor plans. Has anyone had this happen before?

Revit 2020
Windows 10
Latest drivers: installed

Have you checked the usual suspects, view range, V/G overrides, etc.?

Yes I also checked the view template and temporary vis settings, none of that was even accessed as I didn't have the plans open while working on the model. My gut is telling me it's an error that Revit isn't aware of.

Well that would probably mean a user error.

Did you try closing and reopening the project/Revit?

It's possible... I just want to figure out how to fix it. Yes I have closed and opened both Revit and the project.
I suppose it's also possible that there is a graphics glitch on the computer's end... I will try restarting my computer to see if that clears it up.
I will also note that if I hover over the 'invisible' objects in plan view, I can see the blue selection halo for each individual object. So everything is still there, and selectable, just not visible.
I could also try to print to PDF, which would tell me if it's just a visibility/graphics problem, or if the objects are literally hidden somehow.

That is odd. Not visible but still selectable.

Maybe you can try hiding what is visible to see it the hidden stuff shows up.

Okay.... Full restart: No changes
Print to PDF: Still not visible

I tired HIDING the invisible stuff, and then opened the hidden objects view and the invisible stuff that both is, and is not hidden still does not show up.

To add a detail or clue, everything is still fully visible in all ceiling plan views??? Ceiling plan is also set to "hidden line," but the view is definitely showing as wireframe. In summary: I have no idea what is going on.

Try recreating the views that are giving you problems from scratch, no view templates.

New plan view at the same level yields the same results, nothing visible, but it can be selected.

Now I also played around with the Visual Styles. Riddle me this: Hidden line (model invisible), Realistic (model invisible), Shaded (model invisible), Consistent colors (model invisible), Wireframe (MODEL VISIBLE).

Is it possible there is some strange geometry physically between me and the view? and I have to make it transparent to see the model? No, that doesn't make sense. Then I would see it in 3D view...

Any CAD imports?

I think it's time to share the model.

I had an old CAD import that was in the floor plan only, it was also (intentionally) hidden from view.
I just deleted it as it wasn't needed anymore.

Walk me through sharing the model. It exceeds the 71MB upload limit.

I think the View's Display Model Parameter is set to Do Not Display.

...if fact, I'll bet a $100 that's what it is.

I'll take that bet!

Arrgh! I didn't see that.  Still, I think there's a connection. Perhaps that ACACAD plug-in is causing the model not to show?

Disable Add-Ins would confirm.

I'm presently Googling for an article entitled "AGACAD Plug-In causes Revit Plan Views' Display Model Status to be 'Do Not Display' even when the Views' Display Status is set to 'Normal'".   I'm thinking I might get lucky.  That would make me a winner - not a welcher.  Right?  😉

Nope. You were very specific about the bet.

How did you create the 'new plan view'?  You screenshot shows a view name that is not a new view.  Create it again using View menu > Plan Views > Floor Plan > Uncheck [Do not duplicate existing views] box > then see what that new view will show.
