The way to make it work would be
Infraworks (with Inventor paramatric parts) -> AutoCAD Civil3D -> (? do we need Dynamo to get in between ? ) -> Revit detailling
I would think it would be more logic to start as much as can form the beginning to get as little as possible parameters conversion in a one way situation
