Missing Reference Lines

I am creating a new door for a curtain wall and using the Door - Curtain Wall family template to do so. Once I am in I see OOTB reference lines in plan view and interior view but not exterior view. I have created some curtain wall doors in the past and the reference lines were always there. I even tried copying one over from an older version of Revit and it is the same. Using Revit Architecture 2017. I also attached the file in question.

Thank you

For some reason, my system will not open your file. Have you check the visibility/graphics for that view to see if the reference planes are turned on for the annotations category?

I just tried creating a new family based off of your template and the reference lines are there. You just have to type ZA to change your zoom. At least they show up for me after that....
