After installation, the Material Library is not available. To clarify, I am not referring to the Content Libraries (e.g., UK or US libraries), but specifically the Material Library used for materials in the Material Browser.
At this point, the Material Browser remains inaccessible after several reinstallations, and the material options are still missing. I have attached a brief video to show case this issue I am frustratingly facing
