Solid fill in titleblock will always display as masking and hide the line. One way to get around this is to insert solid fill image.

The extension of the reference line may cause the print to stretch beyond the A3. Try to stretch it closer to the boundary of the titleblock.

The company logo when inserted to Revit title block is getting compressed and the resolution is showing as 72dpi. So the clarity is very less and its looking squished. I tried increasing the size of the logo file (.png) but no luck. What should I do? Please see the attached logo and the title block.

Use a PDF logo and choose 600 dpi when insert it into your family.

Why not digitized the Logo into vector format? See attached

What still the same? The logo now shows in project, but it's quality is based on your source file. If the PDF is high quality vector then you won't see the pixels at all.
