Missing levels + materials folders

Hi!

I have 2 questions:

1. I have a problem with levels in my project- as you can see in the picture, when I created a wall I found out that I have few levels that are not displayed in elevations, section and the project browser. I need to delete it.

How can I do it?

2. Sometimes when I open Revit the materials folders are not showing, and there is a symbol of a yellow triangular saying that the folders are missing. The only way to solve it is to close the program and open again.

Why it happens?

Thanks!

Amit

Hi,

1: have you check the hidden objects? at the bottom left corner of the main screen you will find a pair of glasses and a light bulb. Switching on and off in those you should be able to visualize any levels you might not have visible. Make sure you are on a 3D view or elevation. If you have not create a plan for that level it wont be visible in the project browser. if you would like to do so go to View/Plan View and select the missing levels.

2: there are too many factors to consider for this. can you post your computer specs and Revit version?

best,

J.

Thank you for your response!

The levels were hidden as you said.

About the missing materials folders- I attached a screenshot of the problem.

I work with Revit 2019. Which details do you need about the computer?

Thanks!
