missing elevation tab

I don't no why when I open any template the elevation tab are missing plz help me

Please switch to a plan view. Then you find the tab under View/ Elevation.

When you say elevation "tab" what do you mean?

Do you mean the ribbon command?

Or do you mean the annotation symbol that appears in a plan view?

If you don't have the annotation symbol, use the ribbon command to create one.

I'm sorry but I cannot follow you.

a) Do you mean that you don't see in the View menu between tabs Plan views and Drafting views a Elevation tab?

b) Are you expecting to see in Project Browser under Elevations elevations named north, etc.

Can you please answer both questions with either yes or no? Thanks! Looking forward to solve your problem.

When I opened those templates, weather US imperial or UK those annotations are missing I tried every template bt still were missing

Please see my previous post. If there are no pre-existing elevation annotation symbols in your Level 1 floor plan, can you add one with the ribbon tool?

Open one of your templates, save-as missingelevationtags.rvt, and attatch it to your next post so we can look at it.

No elevation views existing in that file. Once you create at least one elevation view, the tab (who calls tree items tabs?) will appear.
