MISSING DOOR IN FLOOR PLANS

Hi there,

Can anyone please help me with the visible setting? I cannot see the curtain wall door. Is my view properties setting looks alright?

I assume the sliding door don't show up when you open the plan view but show in 3d.

Select the family and edit it. Inside the family editor, select those 3d objects and click on the visibility and graphics. Then check on plan and cut. Once you finish, load it back to your project.

Thank you very much. You have solved my problem. Can I please check one last thing with you?

What are the things I need to check in view properties so that no elements are missing in all views?

How about underlay range? What are the things need to be set correctly in view properties?

Thank you so much. You have been very helpful

When you download Revit family from website, I usually check and make sure it will display properly on plan and elevation before I proceed further. Always get in the habit to check first or else you will forget and assume you did something to hide it. Also, there is a button to show what is hiding on plan/section/elevation
