Missing Default Ribbon Panel – Unable to Restore After Reset/Reinstall

I am trying to recover some of the default Ribbon panels in Revit that have disappeared.

I already tried reinstalling Revit and resetting the UI, but the panel still does not appear.

 

I would like to know if there is any detailed information about controlling the size of a panel or turning a panel on/off through Regedit or %AppData% settings.

 

I also tried importing and using a UI file from another environment where the panel is visible, but it did not make the panel appear in my Revit.

 

Is there any other way to restore this missing panel?

I’m trying to use the Extrusion tool in the Family Editor, but the Forms panel doesn’t appear when I open most .rfa families. Interestingly, when I open a Mechanical Equipment family, the Forms panel is visible.
Is there a way to make the Forms panel always visible regardless of the family/template I open?
